Grassini Family Vineyards Opens Santa Barbara Tasting Room

Welcome to town, Grassini!

A classy outfit!
Grassini Family Vineyards is a family operation, owned and managed by Larry and Sharon Grassini, and their daughters, Katie and Mandy Grassini. Their new tasting room offers flights of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, and other Bordeaux varietals, all of which are estate grown on the family’s 100-acre property in Happy Canyon, a warmer sub-region of Santa Ynez Valley.
Beautiful crystal logo glass.

The happy welcoming team at the tasting room bar: Sam Guzman & Paul Azdril

Taste N Trip affiliate Leslie Thomas of WineDineDesign attended the opening of the Grassini Family Vineyards   tasting room located in El Paso on the Santa Barbara Urban Wine Trail recently.

Leslie reports that both the 2008 and 2009 Sauvignon Blancs were delicious -- full-bodied and rounded, with the 2009 being a bit crisper, and both the 2006 and 2009 Cabs were drinking well young and promise to only get better. She can't wait to taste the Reserve Cab!

Paul is very happy showing off & pouring the bottles.
